My background is.... ?

Born in Dundee, to English parents, which confused my identity as I a child. Studied in England for four years but apart from that I've lived my life in Scotland and would call myself Scottish.

I felt/feel farthest from Home.......

Sitting on a beach in Mazatlan, Mexico, looking out on the Pacific Ocean and watching pelicans flying past. It felt a long way from Scotland!!

For me, Home is...

somewhere to come back to where you always feel safe.

I remember as a child........

Going to see the moon rocks in Edinburgh and marveling at the thought that they had come from up there in space, back down to earth and then to Scotland, a short car journey from home.

Home, to me, looks like........
